One of the most popular desserts all over Asia is Crème Caramel, aka purin, pudding, or flan. You can find them in most restaurants, bakeries, or local convenience stores. It’s definitely my husband’s top 3 favorite dessert of all time. The flan recipe I am sharing is very simple and does not require baking. With just a little bit of patience you can enjoy these purin in less than 1 hour.
