I am not much of a baker for someone who spends quite a bit of time in the kitchen. Maybe it’s because most bakeries in Japan are simply amazing so we don’t try to make too many dessert at home. There’s a bakery near my house in Yokohama where the fresh cream taste just like heaven. When my friend Ellena asked me if I knew how to make Japanese steamed bread (Mushi Pan), I went to search for a recipe that looked yummy. After the snack judges in the house (my two children) approved, I am happy to share this recipe.
