I caught a slight cold over the weekend and wanted some warm comfort food. In Japan, instead of chicken noodle we eat simple kitsune udon to recover our strength. Sipping the natural dashi broth and enjoying the warm udon noodles, I think I already feel better.
My family loves eating ramen. Around where we live, there are two really popular ramen shops where there’s always a line going out the door.
