Valentine's Day Recipes | JustOneCookbook.com
Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching and I gathered some chocolate recipes from the Just One Cookbook.com archive to share with you.

Recently my daughter kept getting sick (and still a bit sick) and I haven’t had the chance to squeeze in some time to make desserts for this year’s Valentine’s Day.  Hopefully you will enjoy these yummy recipes from the past and I will try to add more dessert recipes for next year’s Valentine’s Day roundup!

As some of you are aware, I’m still a novice baker who only bakes and makes desserts occasionally; however, these recipes are my family and friends’ favorites and I hope you enjoy making these delicious chocolate recipes.

Hi Nami, Simenon The recipe of nama chocolates gives a link to the chocolate soufflé. Also nice, but I was curious what the Nama ones were.
Thanks!

Dear Nami, thank you so much for including my truffles into your chocolate recipes! It’s extremely kind of you :-) They are however nothing compared to the wide range of chocolate delights you have shared with us! And you still call yourself a novice baker??? You are just teasing us ;-) That’s all. St Valentine’s or not, I will certainly be making something chocolatey soon. With these inspiring photos I will not resist my craving!

How much would my kids love to come to your house for these treats! They love, love, love chocolate. I just so rarely bake with it – mostly because I don’t eat. Every once and a while I surprise them with a chocolate treat though. These are wonderful treats for Valentine’s too! Enjoy your weekend Nami.

Thanks for pulling this post together!!! I was thinking about trying my hand at a chocolate souffle next week and here it is. I remember this post and so glad you brought it back!!! We had a chocolate souffle at a restaurant this summer and it was served with a late harvest Zinfandel. So good! Sounds like a great V-Day dinner, I mean dessert :) , to me. Happy Valentine’s Day!

I love your recipes from the past especially the NAMA Chocolates!!!!

Hi Nami, seeing your nama chocolate post (I was almost about to write “Nami Chocolate” :D ) made me remember it from last year. I used to be crazy for ROYCE when I was in Japan and it still makes me sad that I can’t get it here. I read that it’s all made from special Hokkaido cow milk/cream and not sold at all outside Japan, right? Anyway – you made me remember how I was planning on making it and never got around to it so this year I must give it a try. Am going to favourite the recipe now! :)
