I was lucky enough to be selected to review Bee’s Easy Chinese Recipes cookbook and I loved it. I always wanted to cook more Chinese dishes and it contains some of my husband’s favorites. I made lemon chicken from the cookbook and the instructions were very simple to follow and the result was delicious!
