It’s been a warm June in the bay area so the weather is perfect for experimenting with different flavors of ice creams and sorbets. I always loved the unique taste of lychee so when I found this recipe I knew I had to try it. The result was super delicious and perfect for cleaning the palate after a greasy meal.
