Takikomi Gohan is a Japanese rice dish seasoned with soy sauce. Today's recipe is actually 2 dishes, you make salad and you get a free soup! If you enjoy eating Shabu Shabu or like Ponzu, I'm sure you'll like this salad. Typically shabu shabu restaurants in the US only serve beef slices, but in Japan pork slices are also very popular.
